This is an open and fully transparent space, where the Management Team and all staff come together to reflect on the journey so far and share directions for the future.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">During the Forum, we focus on three main objectives:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Sharing Strategy and Direction:<\/strong> The Management Team clearly presents the school\u2019s development plans for the upcoming period, helping staff understand their roles and contributions within the bigger picture.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Benefits Transparency:<\/strong> All current and upcoming welfare policies are disclosed openly, ensuring every member is fully aware of the rights and value they receive while being part of VA Schools.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Collecting Feedback and Suggestions:<\/strong> This is the most important part. VA Schools provides maximum opportunity to receive direct opinions, suggestions, and concerns from the staff. Every voice is listened to, acknowledged, and responded to seriously.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">To create a cheerful atmosphere and strengthen connections, each Forum includes an exciting Lucky draw, offering surprise gifts as a heartfelt thank-you for the team\u2019s dedication.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">At VA Schools, we believe that a sustainable organization must be built on understanding and trust.
