The annual sports festival is not only a rewarding playground that helps our staff improve their physical well-being and recharge after dedicated hours of work, but also a wonderful opportunity to meet, connect, and strengthen the bonds of collegiality among all school units. This is how we express our gratitude for the team’s silent dedication – by creating a space filled with laughter, energy, and connection.
Amid the vibrant two-day atmosphere in Ho Chi Minh City, teams competed in a variety of exciting sports, showcasing their fierce competitive spirit and hidden talents:
- Tug of War: A symbol of collective strength, where teams joined forces with unity and determination. The championship title went to VA Kindergarten – Phu Dinh Campus, proving their “small but mighty” spirit.
- Women’s Soft Volleyball: A contest of agility and teamwork, where VA Primary School – Tan Binh Campus triumphed and claimed the Gold Medal.
- Men’s Football: A series of thrilling matches filled with dramatic score chases, where the Vien Dong team broke through to take the championship.
- Chinese Chess: A battle of intellect and focus, with Mr. Ngo Thanh Long from the Office Division claiming the First Prize.
The heat of the matches, the spectacular goals, and the joy of victory proved that the VA Schools staff is not only talented in the classroom but also outstanding in every competition! The medals and valuable prizes honored the team spirit and relentless efforts of all participants.

At VA Schools, we deeply appreciate and are sincerely grateful for the tremendous and continuous contributions of our teachers and staff, especially the women, on the occasion of International Women’s Day – March 8th. Hence, the annual “Connection Day” event is a special spiritual gift. This is a time for us to relax, recharge, and strengthen our bonds after dedicated hours of work.
The event is not merely a party, but a diverse space for experiences and connections – bursting with exciting activities that challenge everyone’s creativity, skillfulness, and team spirit.
- Skillful Challenge: A stage to showcase hidden talents through the Artistic Flower Arrangement and MasterChef competitions. This is where teams demonstrate meticulousness, creativity, and harmony in teamwork to create works that are not only visually stunning but also delicious – earning valuable prizes in return.
- Team & Individual Games: A series of exciting board games and lively physical activities brought bursts of laughter and thrilling moments of competition. Additionally, there were also calm and reflective moments during the movie-watching and value-sharing session in the Hall. These activities truly created a wonderful “bonding” atmosphere, breaking down barriers between departments and school units.
- Honoring Moments: The celebration concluded joyfully with a Bonding Buffet Party, where everyone raised their glasses in cheers, shared stories, and honored outstanding teams and individuals.

The annual Culture Forum is one of our most important activities, where we turn the spirit of listening into concrete action. This is an open and fully transparent space, where the Management Team and all staff come together to reflect on the journey so far and share directions for the future.
During the Forum, we focus on three main objectives:
- Sharing Strategy and Direction: The Management Team clearly presents the school’s development plans for the upcoming period, helping staff understand their roles and contributions within the bigger picture.
- Benefits Transparency: All current and upcoming welfare policies are disclosed openly, ensuring every member is fully aware of the rights and value they receive while being part of VA Schools.
- Collecting Feedback and Suggestions: This is the most important part. VA Schools provides maximum opportunity to receive direct opinions, suggestions, and concerns from the staff. Every voice is listened to, acknowledged, and responded to seriously.

1. IMMERSED IN THE HERITAGE LANDS (DA NANG – HOI AN – HUE): An ecstatic 4-day, 3-night journey took the VA Schools team through unforgettable emotions. From the vibrant rhythm of Da Nang, the poetic and ancient charm of Hoi An, to the deep cultural beauty of the former imperial capital Hue – together, we explored, reflected, and recharged with positive energy.
2. A MEMORABLE SUMMER IN NINH CHU – VINH HY: Leaving work behind, our 3-day, 2-night trip to Ninh Chu – Vinh Hy offered a wonderful escape into the pristine, majestic nature. With crystal-clear waters, golden sunshine, and blue seas, it was the perfect opportunity for all members to explore, share, and strengthen the spirit of teamwork.

The annual “Moonlight of Childhood” Festival is a dazzling celebration held especially for the children of all VA Schools staff, transforming the familiar schoolyard into a magical fairy-tale world filled with laughter and joy. Our goal is not only to celebrate the traditional Mid-Autumn Festival, but also to express our heartfelt gratitude to the loving families who have stood as strong pillars of support behind our dedicated team.
Under the shimmering full moon and the lively beat of the lion dance drums, children and parents enjoyed countless unforgettable moments together. The event came alive with colorful lantern parades, ecstatic lion dance performances, and a sweet mooncake party accompanied by an abundance of festive gifts. The little ones were also able to explore surprising magic shows and artistic performances freely. Moreover, the area of traditional folk games was always bustling with the captivated “little angels” – a place where families could play, laugh, and create lasting memories together.
